It's National Cherry Month

As you know, February is both National Heart Month and National Cherry Month.

For real heart-healthy benefits we should not simply wear red, we should also eat red during American Heart Month to help protect our own hearts. Scientists believe it's the anthocyanins - also responsible for cherries' vibrant red color - that are key to the anti-inflammatory and heart protective benefits.
